Very sad that something so simple to make was made so ...
Very sad that something so simple to make was made so cheaply. The inside was scuffed, if not gouged and the foam seal was uneven. There were scuffs on the inside and black marks around the foam seal where the glue was left on.

The power of the yoga wheel is strong
I would like to preface this review by saying, I have been having a lot of back pain over the last year and see a chiropractor and an acupuncturist every two weeks. A friend of mine recommended this yoga wheel to me, to open up my shoulders, to help with my upper back pain. When it came, I could tell it worked instantly. I laid on it, first with my arms crossed over my chest and then above my head in a Y position, then I was moving my arms all around trying to see what would help and feel good. Instantly I loved it. I used it several times over the next few days. The problem is that this yoga wheel works too well. I have back pain even worse than before because I was not careful about using the yoga wheel. I would quickly lay back on the yoga wheel, throwing my arms back and bouncing my arms to get a deeper stretch.I would recommend this yoga wheel to everyone but I would also say, take it slow and don’t push it. The power of the yoga wheel is strong!

I love the wheel so much! It has been a huge help in deeper backbends that are required for Poledance Polnastics sport.

Love this! Super durable
Love this! Super durable, and feels high quality for the price. I have definitely gotten some good back stretches in with this. Great for flexibility, light weight, and easy to carry around to the gym and studio. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a yoga wheel!

Over all I am happy with them
Ordered two of these(one as a gift) and they both had 4 chips in the paint on the inside ring. I am assuming it is from a clamp or something used when attaching the rubber, However they are also a lot less expensive than the other brands. Plus my friend didn't seem to mind about the defects. Over all I am happy with them.
