pretty good
mask is pretty good. downside is waiting for a slight cool off especially in times of immediate need, but it relieves the discomfort of dry eyes so good. design is good.

Only lasted 7 months before it started to leak gel beads
I bought this in August 2024, and it worked great, until recently. The lower seam has split and is now leaking gel beads.When I bought this, it was an upgrade from a cheaper one that also had started leaking, and I was hoping this one would last longer, but actually, at 7 months, it has lasted shorter than the cheaper one.So, I guess I will try a different brand once again. Very disappointed!

Hoping for manufacture to exchange
I’m hoping I just got a defective product as worked great first month but all the little gel balls are coming out at the seam. I’ll update when I hear back from seller but obviously disappointed.

Beads leaked out of seam
When using it the first time some of the beads escaped through an incomplete seam. I could not return because I had recycled the box. I tried contacting through the company website but I got no reply.
