Really works! It took two applications on our brick porch. We had the brick repaired and the residue was left on the brick.

Expensive, noxious and does not work great. Bought drill brushes and mixed carefully. Wasted $$
Caustic and not terribly effective on Grout. Olympic Deck Cleaner did a much better job!

I used it on a small area and it seems to work. I have also ordered and acid grout cleaner from Amazon to try.
