All good except that it's too noisy.

I order almost 5 Water pump from different brand and the quality was very bad! this water pump is perfect! the internal hose is very good quality that will attach perfectly to the pump and doesn't fall inside the gallon! the battery lasts for so long!I highly recommend it

The quality of the product is not at all acceptable , it’s been almost 30 days and the water dispenser has stopped working. Charging stopped , it only shows light is turned red when I plug the charger

The product is good for its value and does the job well. It would last for a year or so which is very reasonable for the price you pay. I would say unless you care about drinking a cold water, get this oneOrdered one before that was not charging and got it replaced easily with no hassle.

In begining it work wonderfull but after use 3-4 month stop working and charging but it is very good and give ease from pumping the old ones need some waterproofing so it will not rust on charging jet

This stuff is great a no non-sense product just clean it, charge it, dont lose the bottom safety netting cap and assemble : it's ready to use. Just enough power, if you need something with more power you are talking about an electric bore well pump. Battery lasts a week for a family of 4 so not bad.It’s got an led light indicator for charging status.The only con that I can think off is that it’s quite noisy so maybe when your folks are asleep at home it might be a bad idea to turn this bad boy on ;) plus type c charging would be much preferred.Maybe a version 2.0 with a better design and some added feature would be awesome.It is made in china so the lifespan may vary but nevertheless it's a worthy buy.PS: A good buy for the price.

The first one I received was a fake, it will charge for ever, it will electrocute you if you touch the metal bar, I know it’s only a 12 volt but still!! and it will stop working after minutes or an hour it depends. Truth be told, I wanted to return this item just hours after receiving it and I received a new one the second day within 12 hours. The new one had a bigger box, a little bit bigger, the plastic hose you insert in the bottle much better and flexible, it looks very solid and there’s a sticker on the product that itself that wasn’t on the other product and haven’t stopped once. So far so good, but I’m only using it for like 3 weeks. Beware of fakes!
